Module development and code questions

I am working to visualize the data with tables, charts, and graphs on our site. The problem I'm facing is that I have 5 databases with lots of raw data. To create these visualizations I will need to organize the raw data. Sometimes I'll need to pull pieces of data from different databases and combine them data into one table or graph. To create the visualizations I'll also need to filter the raw data by date, location, etc.

I have a content type program and I am listing the all programs in Grid view (Title, image, description ).In a page there are about 10 programs listed in this view.User should be able to drag any three programs to bottom of the page so that it will be added to compare programs list bucket.

Once he clicks compare program option , user will be able to see the content of all the three programs in three columns.

Hi,

i have a problem with a webform inside a paragraph type.

When i click send in the webform, i don't receive any email. 

But if i open the email outside the paragraph type, the form works and i receive an email.

I'm new in Drupal, i guess i make some mistake. Con you you help me?

Hope this is the correct forum for my question, but if not please direct me to the correct one.
I have noticed the following 12 files in my installation, last modified within parentheses.
10 of them have the same timestamp (2018-02-01 16:44:27) and 2 different. Marked the 2 with an *.
