I'm converting my D7 website to D8 and in D7 I'm using drupal_set_page_content function and now I want to convert this function as D8 compatible. Can anyone help me ??

I need to migrate from Aegir to standalone and I am having a lot of issues.

i need desperately help. 
few years ago with a help of developer I created my Drupal 7 website with Aegir on the Hostwind host. Now I have to migrate it because Hostwind will crazily increase the prices of the cloud.

Im trying to move the website that was developed using drupal 6.x from the old server to the new server which has drupal 9.x. I have moved the drupal website folder that has modules, scripts, themes, and others to the new server. I also created a dump file of the database from old server, transferd to the new server and got the data with the same database name, username and password that was there in the settings file of old server. But when i try to access the new server web site i am not able to see any data except the base template i.e headers, footers, styles, etc.
