Deprecated - Social software and communities

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to put in place a kind of "postmoderation" of messages sent to user blogs. I mean, each time an user posts a new message in his own blog, and each time someone writes a comment to a message, an email should be sent to administrator with the message itself.

is there any module to do this?

Hello everyone,
I am new to Drupal but descent skills in PHP, HTML and Joomla.
I want to develop a site for university students. It will be kind of hybrid ( Social Networking + Discussion Forum )
The basic features I am looking for are

1. Users can write blogs, add videos from you tube and google.
2. Blog Articles by users can appear on hompe page or article section on approval from moderators.

I’m newbie and not really know in programming. I want to create a new My account tab like in navigation block in a new block that I created to put several tab to easy my web user. Other tab is easy to create because we can see the link but for My account it was locked. Can you tell me the path that used to link to my account for every user. Example for create content the path is node/add. Thank you..

I have spent a few days racking my brain for the "right" way to come up with the solution for this project, but have backed away from "right" way to "a" way to do it.
