Drupal 8 translation of list (text) values in views

I am new do Drupal. I am testing out Drupal 8's multilingual capabilities.

Drupal 8 - Twig - drupal_view - No results on other language

I have a complete web site in English and I am adding a new language.

In the template I have included blocks of views by using "drupal_view"

Ej1): {{drupal_view ( 'research_departments', 'block_1', node.id, currentLanguage)}}
Ej2): {{drupal_view ( 'research_departments', 'block_1', node.id)}}

In the English version the content is perfectly displayed, but in the Spanish version nothing is shown (neither in this view ( "research departments") nor for the restro of views that have blocks in this way (drupal_view (.....) )

How to get translation suggestions approved

I contributed new translations on https://localize.drupal.org/ - for instance in French and German. Some were corrections of existing translations, some were new strings previously untranslated (a few in Drupal core too). Now, how do I get them approved ?

Should I just wait and hope for the best ?

Is there a forum or a dedicated issue queue where I can ask somebody with approval rights to take a look at my translations ?

What is the procedure ? I searched extensively but couldn't find any answer to this.

Site Name no changing

Hello everyone,

I have following problem. After to install the Language Package, the site name contains the default string "Drupal" and I didn't find a way to change it. If I uninstall the Language Package, site name contains the string from Basic settings -> Site name, as it should.

I was looking for a similar problem but I didn't find any similar issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
KAS

Drupal 8 - Browser language detection + URL detection

Hello,

I have a Drupal 8 install with English configured as default language, plus French as second language.

How can I select language with browser language detection, but also change the URL and the language selector block ?

Example : If my browser is in French, I want to be redirected to www.mysite.com/fr, but keeping the possibility to go to the english version with the language selector.

Can I edit the Content view to display wether a article is translated or not?

I need my content list to display wether the article (or basic page) is translated or not.

Is this possible in drupal8?

I can't filter the list based on content language, but I can't find a attribute for translated y/n

thanks in advance.
