Theme development

I am really in need of some pointers: I am creating modules and want the output themed by smarty.

Have found that Netscape Navigator 6.2.1 has issues with almost any Drupal themes (or might say with Drupal core styles). Looks like it doesn't support display: block style, thus doesn't show (!) any content that have forms (or maybe smth more) in it.

I am developing a site using Friendselectric, and Opera does not render the site correctly.

The right column contents are floated down for some reason. This problem existed before I installed the Adsense module. It happens in all accounts, including Admin. Firefox and IE render these pages correctly.

I am convering a website to drupal , it use many images on source html file.

one sulotion is

drupal theme use css to load image use relatively path . but it's too many images to use css .

any other sulotion (not change img src) is welcome .

i'm looking to customise my drupal like blog.Can anyone suggest themes like blog?
