Front page teasers formatting

Hi!

I'm new to Drupal, and currently developing a Zen sub-theme. Everything is going great, but i have a problem of which i cant find the answer to.
I'm having some troubles with my front page (don't know if thats the right term, but it's the one where the teasers are published automatically).

My problem is that by default the teasers are displayed on top of each other, like in blocks,
and i would simply like to format these to display inline, (like 3 teasers on every row).

Theme settings

Hello Everybody!
Where can I see examples of usage of theme-settings.php. Interested in adding full-screen slideshows on the front page through theme settings file.

P.S. I plan to use supersized, I don't know how to add in theme settings the ability to upload images.

Is a theme like this possible in Drupal?

Hello dear Drupal users!
I'm redesigning some sites and I'm strongly considering Drupal.
(I've some experience with html and joomla sites.)

I've designed this page in html and I'm wondering if a theme/template like this will work in drupal. Most sites have two menu's, this site will have three, from which the third (the vertical menu) is optional and will not display on every page.

Taxonomy Tags Comments

Hello,
I am having a problem removing the comments link from a page.
I am using Taxonomy and Tags, I added a term to Tags and gave it a URL alias such as tags/sandy_repair.
I created a new basic page and added that term to the page.
When you display the page it lists that tag at the bottom.
When you click on the tag link it takes you to the alias you created that would display the teasers of all the pages with the same tags. So the tag links to tags/sandy_repair
On this page there is a comment icon and a link to 0 comments ()
