Theme development

Hi there,

I'm new to drupal and the first website I'm gonna be working on is a RTL (arabic) language website.
Bartik theme for example has a layout.css sheet & layout-rtl.css sheet, so does it for style.css.

My question is, what's the condition for *-rtl.css to be activated? In other words, when does drupal after reading (for example) layout.css read layout-rtl.css?

Hello All,

Is there any way to render both register and login forms (or login block form) in same page (specifically user/register and user/login page) as different form elements?

I could render both forms but at template level but under one form element. It did not work well for me.

Can someone suggest how to render two forms seperately?

I want to create a new page, on these page i have to call a 5 block with image fields, Title fields, small description fields and a read more link but without using a views

I am developing a subtheme from Zen. I have added a Views Slideshow to the header and placed a background behind. But now the header is no longer responsive. When I make my browser screen smaller, or view the website on a mobile, the header does not shrink. What am I doing wrong? The website address is dcj.firsthandmedia.com

While Drupal 8 is in active development I will be making an actively developed theme too.
Im wondering if anyone would like to test this out and find bugs for me to removed or provide feedback.
I will also be making a dark version of this theme later on (after Drupal 8's Release)
