i was wondering if there is a way to point Drupal to different stylesheets according to browser detection. i ll appreciate all and any help...we all know how crusial this is. I basically need to proivide 2 different style sheets, one for IE5.0 &> and one for Mozilla based browsers.
where does the variable default_nodes_main get initialised and where can one change it ? i looked around in
the settings of content type and theme settings but no luck.
also i looked at the $conf array in settings.php file and the database.4.1.mysql file - again not found.
when i echo $conf['default_nodes_main'] i do see a value of 15 for it so i'm sure it's getting set somewhere.
Can someone provide a brief explanation of theming? I'm interested in understanding the scope of theming. Does it allow html tags to wraps elements, add css identifiers, can it manipulate data (ex. date formats)? What can and can't it do? (or what should and shouldn't it do!?)
I am working on developing a Drupal site based on the [andreas09 v1.0 (Dec 10th 2005) - An open source template by Andreas Viklund - http://andreasviklund.com] theme that I have customized.
There is a problem rendering the top, horizontal navigation bar in Firefox. Things look fine in IE.
Is there anything you might see that could fix this issue?
