Theme development

On my website I have some differently looked content (News/Events etc). Is there method I can create event.tpl.php inside of my theme directory and when I use say event_page() from my module output is sent to this tpl file.

i want to change the color for adsense ads for the whole website, i tried changing the colors from /admin/settings/adsense ---> ad groups but nothing changed!!

Is there a way to costume de "administration theme" like the standard Joomla theme? (http://users.pandora.be/dbb/joomla.png)

It says "Adminster" as the last location and does not write the name of the current page. What is the problem?
