Theme development

When I create a page in firefox, everything looks correct. However when I create a page in IE, there is extra spacing between section dropdown box and the body label (which is just before the start of the TinyMCE text area.

I'm quite new in using Drupal and I would like to make really simple site. Here is simple html+css site I made for my capoeira-group : www.patuadegalo.fi

Is it possible to make that kind of site with Drupal? The problem is that it doesn't have any sideblocks. Only content and primary links. But when somebody logs in and wants to add content it will need those links to create content etc.

Any tips?

I have a Multi language site. The site is http://www.pmkmfg.com. My Theme (alek_2_0) is working correctly in for Firefox and Safari, but its still messed up in IE. When we go to RTL languages and move mouse on Title, the content shift to left. If you were able to see it in both Firefox and Explorer and offer any suggestions as to a fix I'd be most grateful!!

Hi guys,

I just launched a web site @ www.santafenights.com. Silly me developed the site on Ubuntu/Firefox and didn't test properly in IE before releasing it to the public. Anyway, when I look at the page in IE 7 (maybe 5 & 6 as well) it seems to have problems loading the image @ http://www.santafenights.com/themes/garland/images/body.png, which makes the header pretty much unreadable.

Im working on a multi artist Blog, using Drupal 5.2, CCK and various Fields and have a theming problem:

Theres various Content types i am setting up (like artist profile, events and more). I try to stick to CCK fields where its possible (exception is the audio module for podcasting-content-types).

I also deactivate the body field in new CTypes and create an extra Textfield per CType, because the body field is not listed within the Contemplate-Template (extra Textfields are listed).
