Theme development

Hi All,

I have a Multi language site.I don,t problem with English (LTR languges) but i have problem with RTL languge like Farsi in IE. When curser moves on title page, the content shift to left. Please you see www.pmkmfg.com/fa in both Firefox and Explorer and move curser on titles.
I play around with padding and margin values of. NodeTitle,. PageTitle section but don’t solve my problem and curser destroy my page in IE. Please find attach (style-rtl.css)

i am using jrating. and i want to use contemplate for my own content type. but when i make a new template with contemplate i cant see jrating. (teaser and body). do i have to make node-mycontent.tpl.php file or how can i show jrating in my own contemplate theme. thanks.

I have the following is my header so that only certain javascripts are loaded on the front page.

I need certain javascripts loaded if the user is NOT on the front page. What do I do for that?

Ok i am using the theme blue breeze (if your not familiar go to www.jordan001.info) and I'm getting very angry at one specific thing and i want to know how to fix it.

Can anyone suggest a way to remove the node title when viewing a particular type of CCK node type?

I tried the Automatic Nodetitles, but that apparently only hides the title when *creating* the CCK node, but the title still displays when viewing the node. I tried Contemplate, but the title apparently seems to get added before Contemplate does its customization. The same seems to go for the node-example.tpl.php, as far as I can tell.

Any suggestions?
