Theme development

Can anybody help here with what I think maybe something simple.

What I am trying to do is display a submenu of three links for an individual node.

EXAMPLE:

1. How to link to these from the individual node. So, I am in admin, I create a new film, but how do I select the trailer, about page and visuals for the individual film?

2. How do I create the visuals, about and trailer sub menu which, when displayed, the links are dynamically linked to the film being viewed?

I need to add a second menu in my current project (drupal 7-bootstrap-sass...)

Working on Drupal 8-x RC2 : I've created and selected a sub theme fronm Bartik but no footer regions are defined and the content disappear. Cannot find solutions. Could you help?

So album folder which open when clicked.
I would like this to be based on existing folders in sites/default/files/

First, I tried Fast Gallery, which is made for this but it has some bugs on my Drupal 7 install. If you have a good how to for this module on Drupal 7, I would love to give it another try.
