Theme development

I want to learn how to develop a Drupal 8 theme. Which theme (besides Stark) best accomplishes the task without being so bare as to make visible progress move at a glacial pace?

I cant get theme a node/add form.

How can i theme the whole form to wrap some div's and so on.

I cant get an custom node edit template running for twig. And my search with google is not succesfully.

I upgraded Artisteer 4.2 to 4.3 and created a new theme.
When I export this theme to Drupal and try to install it, I get the error:
Nieuw10.zip does not contain.info.yml files.
Can someone help me?

I'm having a Problem with a custom Menu (my first one). So, I want to build this Menu from Stu Nicholls in Drupal 8.

I just can't get it to work :(

So this is what I have done so far:

Despite a few suggestions I would have for the developers, my overall experience and first impressions are good.

My primary criticisms are:

- custom installation profile core and contrib modules are out of date.
- Although well worth the small price for the commercial theme, using it requires advanced Drupal knowledge.
- lack of documentation, especially given the advanced features, and many CSS details.
- Better documentation should include info about base image sizes to create for each theme feature.

My general comments:

Dear all,
I would like to include colorbox in my theme, as I need it to show some overlay information. Inside the yaml of my theme, I added

papers:
  version: 1.x
  css:
    theme:
      css/papers.css: {}
  js:
    js/papers.js: {}
  dependencies:
    - modules/colorbox

but colorbox is not loaded. Of course both module and library are currently installed inside their paths, but I would like to have colorbox always loaded for this purpose.
