Thanks to everyone who came to last month's Drupal Drop In and made it such a great success. Our second meet up will be at the same venue this coming Friday. As an added bonus, the Lullabots will be in town this week, and are gonna come to the meeting.

Denver Drupal User Group Meatspace Event

In March I picked a date and people showed up. For April I tried posting and asking for recommendations, but that didn't seem to work. So, we're back to pick a date and see who shows up! Yeehaw.

Subject: Drupal Installation Mashup, Q&A, Chatting

Audience:Anyone who is interested in Drupal or has used it before. Since Mike Hostetler will be doing an installation mashup that part is geared towards newer users but showing a variety of installation methods may teach something to everyone. Beyond that, the Q&A and chats are what you make of them. Last time we had several people who were interested in

Time: 7:00 PM for the regular meeting, I'll be there starting at 5:00 or so to hold down a table, chat, hack, etc.
If this time/place doesn't work for you, please vote in the poll and leave a comment so we can figure out where to hold the next meeting. Also, recommendations for venues will be highly appreciated. Paris On The Platte seemed to work pretty well last time.

We'll be having our 3rd DC Drupal meetup this Thurs, 5-7pm at Murky Coffeehouse. To change things up a bit, I'm going to go over Drupal and theming, and give examples of sites that don't look like a Drupal install, along with showing the underlying code on how to achieve similar results (it's easier than you think!). If anyone wants to help co-pilot this talk, let me know. After this 30 min talk, we can break into our usual groups and just talk Drupal.
