Drupal@LinuxWorld Conference & Expo

I wonder - is there interest in having a booth at the Expo. I copy the email I got from Brian Teeman the .organiser

Thanks to generous sponsorship space is available once again, FREE of charge, in the .Org Village for Linux projects, groups & campaigns.

LinuxWorld Conference & Expo will take place over two days, 25th and 26th October at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London, UK.

LinuxWorld Conference & Expo is the No. 1 marketplace for companies that sell, market or promote Linux-Based products, services, applications and solutions. Experiencing astounding growth, it's the largest gathering of open source professionals in the world. Linux adoption has been, and continues to be, nothing short of meteoric.

Each year I am given the task of scouring the UK and the rest of the world for participants for the .Org Village at Linux Expo's in the UK. Over
the last few years we have made the .Org Village the largest of any Linux Expo in the World.

Space is limited in the .Org Village so sadly we cannot offer a place to everyone. However space is not allocated on a first come basis but rather by a panel of people in the UK Open Source community. If you would like your Org to attend then please submit an application at
http://www.linuxexpo.org.uk/

This message is being sent to you as you have previously participated in the .Org Village or have expressed a wish to do so. If you are no longer the correct person in your .Org please pass it on to the most relevant person

IST-2006 21/23 November Helsinki (FIN) open invitation to collaborate in IST-Media-Blog Exhibition (DrupalCon 20th)

IST-Media-Blog (Rich media profiles for all) Cordis 3rd generation.

http://IST-2006.consen.info/

CONSEN Euro-Group, DrupalCat and MUFICATA-ZENSCI offer you (Drupal community and professionals) the opportunity of co-organize this exhibition in a Practical, Integrative, Cooperative, Demonstrative, Scientific, technologic and Business innovative effort to build a web-portal, database and a sustainable and responsible socio-economic exploitable Info-Space.

We have some months to work and concrete the details and develop the projects/companies database of IT competences taxonomies and media profiles. Should be a network-session or work-shop (we are awaiting the approval).

The event is real relevant (5000 professionals in The Hague (NLD) IST-2004).

Monday 20th could be the DrupalCon or celebrate jointly during the three days in parallel.

In principle, we think that Cooperants could co-host the stand, have a panel A4-A6, invitations to the dinners, insert the profiles in the database during these months and maintain in the credits of the commercial brochures, preference to enter in next works, projects and initiatives.

Business experts (Open4Business) can apply in real and practical business models, i,e, sponsoring in addition in a self-promotion campaign and negotiate networking.

How to make calendar block links to default taxonomy term when clicked on it.

How to make calendar block links to default taxonomy term when clicked on it.

I have a taxonomy of cities made in categories, I used that with the event. There is a calendar block in the right sidebar of my site.I want that whenever the user clicks on any link in the calendar block like day or month he should be taken to a default city showing him all the events in that city.

Currently it is showing events of all cities.
