Hello everyone.I have put up a new drupal 5.1 site Cymek.com. This is just a personal site with four different sections to keep the site organized. I host the podcast Singularity about physics, and the website will revolve around mostly phsics. I still haven't figured out how to post a podcast on the site so it isn't done, but I have some content up and explinations of the site for people to start feeling it out. Tell me what you think, Thanks.
Darnit, i wrote a whole post and somehow the back button was hit!
Well i'm happy to have said i used drupal 5 entirely for this mini-site, it's a blog / tv-guide for this area of Canada (Vancouver, BC) - here are the modules i used:
CCK
Views
Default Taxonomy
Contemplate
PHP Template Regions (a tweak really, to build a custom homepage)
It also uses free-tagging and links to technorati (which by the way was crawled automatically, so nothing special to do except to tweak your links to point to technorati).
My wife wanted to have her own site, to share gossip news with her friends and post comments. She didn't liked any of the default Drupal themes (don't ask why), so i had to sit under her supervision and create what she wanted :p
This is my first attempt at creating a theme, but it came out pretty ok - thanks to some advanced features in drupal 5 and cck module.
I've been experimenting with Drupal for a while now. From before I've had experience with different forum systems like PhpBB and simple CMSes like Wordpress. I just released my first two Drupal sites and just want to show them to you.
Both use Drupal 5.1 with Garland theme. Main modules I use is CCK, views and imagecache.
