I have been using drupal for more than a year for SecGuru. SecGuru is a community site to share information security related weblinks ( like digg and reddit ). The site is based around "vote up/down" module.
Recently, I updated SecGuru from Drupal 4.7 to Drupal 5. Using some of new Drupal 5 features it was easy enough to create a customized theme in hours. I am not a website designer, there I kept the site layout and color scheme very simple.
I recently bought this little email marketing company. It has a fairly unique service (automated email split testing and sales tracking to boost profitability of newsletters and autoresponders). Only problem is that it only has one service which competes head on with huge companies like Constant Contact. I'm shifting focus from a single product to ecommerce in general -- and will offer a host of free and paid ecommerce scripts and tools over time.
I guess you'd call it a 'corporate' Drupal site. Yeah, that's what it is.
It's basically a simple themeing of a Drupal 5.1 install. Not too many bells and whistles, though I hope to implement a variety of Drupal features over time (photos and photo gallery, audio, video etc).
First of, I would like to express my sincere Thanks to Drupal community (developers, forum contributors and every Drupalian). Drupal is a great software and the community just rocks!
I have put together a community web site http://www.hangoutwith.com/ using Drupal 5.x. This is my first site using Drupal and I have a long way to go to make the site better. I would greatly appreciate your comments, feedback, constructive criticism on my site.
