Introducing the "Politically Incorrect way to help the homeless"... FeedTheBum.com!
This Drupal site allows anyone to sponsor a bum, and then that bum and the bum sponsor will make commissions off of merchandise sales! This site was developed featuring the following modules and themes.
Now that Wiki functions are becoming more common in Drupal. Does anyone have a good example of a good wiki site using Drupal? I'm needing to show some non-Drupal believers what Drupal can do.
After The World using Drupal there is another site that is contributing to the unofficial goal of Drupal ("World Domination"); Die Welt using Drupal!
Die Welt (German for "The World") is a quality daily newspaper from Axel Springer, the largest publisher in Europe. They recently launched their new website (www.welt.de) and this week also launched an additional "sidekick site", a community portal where people can interact and debate with each other and journalists hence named debatte.welt.de. This last site is a Drupal site.
We had a short interview with the project lead of Welt Christian Ruhnau about why he had chosen Drupal and his experience with implementing Drupal in one of the largest quality newspapers of Europe.
Ok, so I hate to spam this board and I'm really trying not to. I want to post this here because it seems like I might get a more practical response here than anywhere else on the forums. We've developed The Culture Lounge and are having a bit of trouble figuring out exactly how we want to market a couple areas of the site and are looking for the most viable solutions for these areas...
This is a Drupal module for World of Warcraft and Itemstats 1.55. It creates a filter that translates the tags [item], [itemico], and [itememb] into representations of in-game loot.
I still have:
- Integrated Itemstats' view_cache.php
- Added support for 3 tags ([item], [itemico], and [itememb])
- Created a flexible site settings form.
I have decided not to integrate:
- Fake items from the Itemstats xml_cache (You'll have to manually add view_cache files).
- Write extensive help
Where I expect Itemstats-Warcraft-Drupal Modules to go:
- Extending Itemstats' site filters to query and cache Blizzards item DB guaranteeing more accurate item information.
View the easy to parse XML from the source: http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com/item-tooltip.xml?i=30374
- Tying Blizzard's Armory into the Drupal profile (by downloading and parsing the character XMLs every week or so):
It has everything.. Rep to figure out who has Heroic keys, tradeskills, Equipment, and even enchants and gems!

Couple days ago I've just launched my newest Drupal site. This is the first time I made a Drupal site using a custom theme. The website is an unofficial Padi band community, Padi is one of the biggest band in Indonesia and they have a lot of loyal fans.
I made this site with Drupal 5.1, some modules I used:
- CCK
- Views
- Flag Content
- Pathauto
- FCKEditor
- Akismet
- CoolFilter
- Adsense
- Adsense Injector
