My new website and a question... yes, they are related.

Well, I finally converted my original website to Drupal. I hadn't touched the original design in around 5 or 6 years, so it needed updating!

The address is: www.evangelisticpiano.com

It is a website offering piano lessons on improvisation as it applies to church music.

My question is this: I had to turn off page caching because messages were getting cached.

Drupal always showing old posts!

My Drupal (4.7.x) always shows older page. I have to literally click "refresh" once or twice to get the current version. Why is this happening?

Foliage theme IE6 show problem

I used foliage theme and everything works fine in IE6 before I installed the following modules: "nice manu" "FCKeditor" "SWFtools". The page is messed up in IE6 after I installed those modules, but it looks good in IE7 and Firefox. I really don't know which module caused the problem. And from the source codes, the css path changed to the following instead of import every modules' css file.

@import "/sites/xxxxxx.com/files/css/9f4c14e6034d9491a1e0ef2f83e65a43.css";

I tried to remove ~files/css", but it will be generated automatically after I review the page in the explore.

Weight loss related Drupal website

Here's a site I have been working:

Best Weight Loss Products Reviews

It's a static website... it was much easier to create site like this with Drupal than the old-fashioned way.... especially when it comes to changing menu items on the left...

anyways I think I modified a theme called "noprob" or something like it.

Thanks for looking

Thats my site , just launched. and I thank you everyone in drupal community for the help.

let me answer the questions..

why i choose drupal?

Neighborhood Site

I made an attempt at Drupal almost exactly a year ago, but gave up quickly. Then I gave it another shot when I downloaded it on October 20 of this year. I took it slow and got my hands on every video podcast I could and also spent a lot of time reading these forums and so forth.

Well, it paid off and on Thanksgiving, I launched my site:

http://www.sprechereast.com/

This is a website for my neighborhood association. Prior to Drupal, the site was just a static HTML site with an SMF forum. The goal is to move away from the SMF forum (don't need all the bell and whistles SMF provides) and use other content types as well as the Drupal forum.

I thought I'd give myself a Christmas present and throw it out there for comments. The site will probably never be done as I'm constantly working on it.
