Strider is a website about trekking and backpacking based on Drupal 5.
Its main (but not exclusive) focus is on Italian and European backpackers, since most of the good backpacking websites aren't so relevant or useful to folks mostly hiking outside USA. Another regular theme will be sustainable backpacking, that is minimizing the environmental footprint of our days in the back country before we ever get there.
I just launched my farrell kramer digital images photography site using Drupal 5's multi-site feature. Please let me know what you think.
I used the same install (and theme) that I'd created or my farrell kramer communications company site, created a new folder in sites and pointed the domain at the Drupal core. It worked perfectly.
I was bashing my head trying to learn HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, etc. When I made the decision to use Drupal all those headaches went away. I am still in the process of loading modules to find the right mix of features that will empower the site.
