Sleddoggin.com - The Online Mushing "Headquarters" of the World

URL to site: http://sleddoggin.com/

Hello Drupal Buddies!

I think I can finally call my website finished....well, of course no website is ever "finished," due to webmaster's ongoing pursuit of the perfect design; but the site is finally complete. ;-)

Drupal has been the biggest blessing in my web design career. I first started making websites when I was around the age of 12 using Dreamweaver, and Adobe Photoshop/ImageReady. Oh boy were they hideous....LOL...I slowly progressed my knowledge of CSS, HTML, & PHP - though I still don't call myself a professional.

My website, Sleddoggin, quickly grew after its creation - and I soon found I had a horrible stack of HTML pages; only using the most basic "site wide" management techniques of <?php includes, etc....I needed something better.

My first choice was Joomla as a CMS (please don't track me down and kill me). I thought it would be easy to use, and work well with my website. After much testing and figiting, I realized it wasn't going to work well for me. Joomla is a great CMS - but just not to my taste. After further research I found my Holy Grail - Drupal.

New website online

Hi, I proudly anounce the update of my website. The first update since 2005 and finally on Drupal!

Basically it's a portfolio site. I'm using imagefield, cck and views for the gallery. Webforms for the contact module.

There's the regular google analytics, mollom,...

Enjoy!

New site www.moorfieldhouse.com

Just thought I'd post this one up - my first paying Drupal site since I started moving away from hand-coded stuff.

The site is http://www.moorfieldhouse.com - they're a Guest House/B&B in a small Scottish village.

Details-wise, there's some CCK to handle things like the guest comments and random image gallery on the front page which is handled by views. The guest comment block on the front uses SIFR just to make things slightly different visually.

Resurrection of Our Lord Parish Church (Philippines)

This is a Catholic parish website that I, along with a graphics artist friend, developed using Drupal 6.x:

http://resurrectionparish.com.ph

We're both amateurs in this work and are making the website on a volunteer basis for our Church. As webmaster, I'm personally thankful for Drupal's nice combination of great technical features and ease of use.

Our theme is a slight modification of Wabi (we doubled the primary links bar).

Comments and feedback much appreciated.

The Authors Think Tank has opened its doors

I have opened The Authors Think Tank so that Writers of any kind can share and expand new & existing idea by working together. Through a collaboration of different writers this site is intended to help those suffering writers block, writers who are researching difficult subjects giving them a forum in which like minded people can help answer questions or just simply to chat with and inform your growing fan bases of upcoming news and publications. It is hoped this site becomes and invaluable tool to all writers whether they are new & aspiring or a seasoned professional.

Personal website: Limbo of Nodes

Hello Drupal lovers!

This is my personal Drupal site: http://www.limboofnodes.com
I have used Drupal to build websites for others for a while - finally I got time to make one for meself!

Modules used are quite standard including view, CCK, node reference, jCarousel. But I spent quite a lot of time on theming.
At the moment I am still working on the content...

Any comments/suggestions are welcome. :)
