Is there an inner tool in Drupal that can give me data about IP address associated with visits of webpages?
I have already enabled the Statistics core module and activated node visit numbering but seek to get a bit more information then mere number of node visits. I am not sure what kind of information I seek exactly, just a bit more than a number a visits.
What's the best way to fend off evil bots from hacking into one's system?
I have a Drupal 10.2.5 site up and running. The site is designed for and whose purpose is for a set of a relatively small number of known curated users. When I look at the list of users of the site, I see several users who are obviously not any that I (i.e., the admin) created. They are listed as "blocked", so I am hoping that no damage was done. I have CAPTCHA on my "contact us" form to provide some protection.
I am having a drupal application to connects to database in a diffrent server. The database had some issues but we managed to restore it. I have a Drupal 7 Book that contains video and a TOC made with Views. When I export this to a PDF or E-pub format can I then keep the Views functionality?
It also contains a lot of multimedia for which I am looking for a safe parking after my (not really imminent) death.
With a content type I'm collecting documents and related information. These documents can be distinguished depending on the value of a parameter related to them. I would like that the files I upload for each item would go on different locations in the file system, depending on the value of the mentioned parameter. How can I achieve this?
Ok, this is probably not the right place for this, but God only knows what is. It's not necessarily a "bug" so I'm not going to post it as an issue in the views module.
