Post installation

I have recently been told by one user of my site that the text area for articles is too wide, and that I shoulsd make it fixed width.

Then, another user told me that the text area is too narrow, and I should make it wider.

I guess I cannot please everyone all the time, but I want the optimum readability for the most people.

Personally, I like it the way it is, and find it plenty east to read the articles.

Any ideas about this?

Under Mozilla this theme looks fine, but when I switch to IE it doesn't correctly refresh the screen and when I scroll the webpage it redraws on top of itself. If I maximize or move the window it gets reset to the normal look.

Is this a problem with IE that I can fix or is this theme unusable?

I am trying to change my logo and from what I have read so far in these forums it is done in the themes section under configuration. However, when I click on themes I get this error message.
Fatal error: Class theme_marvin: Cannot inherit from undefined class basetheme in /home/opportu5/public_html/content-center/themes/marvin/marvin.theme on line 4

What can I do to correct this and be able to edit my logo so that it is related to my site and does not show the drupal guy or the word drupal at the top?

I mean, i want to put a storie content but my text is kinda large, so i need Drupal handle this like page breaks to make my content to display it in pages .

another hand i have troubles with imageassistant module, when i want to insert an image from my site in a node, the pop up get some -object spected- errors when i push the 'insert' or 'preview' bottom.

Okay, so I go to cpanel and the cronjobs function, what script should I enter to point to cron.php. As you can tell I'm not a developer, just a newbie user. thanks.

I am running cvs drupal - so more fool me. However, I can't see how attachments are supposed to work. There is a button to browse to a file on my client machine - I do that. There is an attach button - tried hitting that nothing seem to happen, other than the browser reported sending files and the filestring was cleared.

However, there is no record on the node it has an attachment, and I can't find the attachment anywhere in the filesystem of the server.

I then added the attachment module from cvs. I didn't see any change to the behavious.
