A blog I frequent has recently moved from MT to Drupal and, while I am impressed by the layout of the new site, there is a minor problem with the feed.
Every time a new article is added to the blog, the RSS data page is updated to include the article in its entirety. This means that, when I hover above a new title on my newsreader, I end up with a tooltip box containing the entire article, instead of just the first paragraph or two. As I am unable to scroll a tooltip box, only the latter part of the article appears on my screen.
I'm interested in using htmlarea for inputting documents which my users prepare using MS-Word, and I have a problem with the way HTMLarea handles the copy/paste and the "printer-friendly" output.
My users prepare documents using MS-Word, then copy/paste the whole document directly into HTMLarea
If I have the line-break converter switched OFF, then when I paste into HTMLarea I loose all the line breaks in the Word document - ie the formatting is completely messed up.
In the theme configuration there's the possibility to toggle the mission statement, just like the navegation, phrase, etc., however, I don't have the option in create content>page to set a piece of content as the mission statement. This is not available in the theme settings either.
I've read posts about how to ad the mission to the front page, but I'm still lost as to how to ad the content. Only thing I have is sticky, but that's not the same thing.
Is there a module I'm missing?
I'm using drupal 4.5
