Ecto - picture uploads?

I'm just getting started with Drupal and am using Ecto as my blog tool. Ecto has a facility via xmlrpc to send pictures with the posts.

The pictures are being uploaded correctly, I can see them by looking directly in my /drupal/files directory. When the post is viewed the pictures do not show up: http://www.firehole.us/drupal/?q=node/5

Using the menu system

Hello everybody,

What is the best way to implement a Navigation for my site that looks like this:
- First of all I like to show on top of the page a few menu items:
Company, Expertise, Careers, Events & News and Insights
Some of these menu items have a submenu (dropdown) and the Administrator can add extra menu-items, change the order and the titles

- Secondly I want to create another menu on the site with two main items: let's call them: Menu2Main1 and Menu2Main2. Those menus also have submenuitems, but not specified.
