Hi, i'm using drupal with SpreadFirefox for a few weeks and when I browser my site with IE,
I don't see "You are here:" but with Firefox, it's always there.
My site is for non English people and it don't look OK, can somebody help me?
Two questions related to anonymous users permissions. First, I have created a node and I have promoted the node to frontpage (not using any frontpage module), but the problem is anonymous users get access denied when trying to see that node (frontpage node), so how can I give him access to it?
Another question is how can I (like in drupal site), let anonymous users browse the forum but restricting their access so that they cannot create posts?
i used the taxonomie menu for my site navigation. when i choose a item in the taxonomie menu i get something like a list of the articles of that categorie with some preview text (not the full article). then i have to click on the articles title to get the full article (i am shure that there is a name for this concept).
but i would rather that i get the full article when i choose the taxonomie-menu item and that there is no further link in the article titel.
I'm a new Drupal user and noticed tonight that my test site works fine from the office, or any other computer - with any browser.
BUT on my home PC, only Opera renders correctly. Both Firefox and IE look like crap....strictly black and white, no color or layout at all. I have tried all the templates that come with the system and nothing changes the output on these two different browsers.
Interestingly - I added RSS feeds and specified they show on the right - and they do in Opera and all other browsers not on my PC - but on my pc, only Opera shows correctly.
I'm new to drupal but I am very impressed thus far. I've hacked around in Mambo and found it mostly frustrating and difficult for me to get non-IT folks to use it. This drupal seems the go. I'm already making themes to convert a few of my community driven sites over.
