voting

Hi all,

my 2nd post :) I started using Drupal, i *love* this sw, will recommend it everywhere. Ok, now the issue. I have flash games site - user come, see on page Action | Jump-n-run | ... games, it work quite nice. But now I need voting system. I've looked in the forum/modules, found some, but no one is good for my situation:
- I want no logged users could vote
- I want make block with "best" games
- I want show score on basic page (user see score without clicking on the topic)

Should someone give me an advice for this ?

thanks :)

Excerpt not showing on Book Child Pages

Hello,
I'm new to Drupal and moving my site over from PostNuke, so I'm on the learning curve, and liking it!

Anyway, I like the Excerpt module but it doesn't show the excerpt on sub pages in my Book Page nodes.

ie: I make a Book Page, and under /book I see the page link with an excerpt - good!
I then make a Child Page for this new Book Page, but the excerpt is not listed on the Book Page.

Is this a feature or a bug, or do I need to patch something to make it work? -or is it just me!

TIA for any help

How to install Pathauto

Hi.
I have some doubts about how to install Pathauto.
I currently installed in this way:

Public_HTML
- modules
-- pathauto
-- (the files in pathauto)
--- contrib
--- (the files in contrib)

My question is:
- is it correct to create the "pathauto" folder?
- do I need to take files out of "contrib" folder and put it in the "pathauto" directory?

Thanks!

How to base site menu on Taxonomy?

Hi,

So far the most confusing part of Drupal for me is taxonomy and site navigation.
I am not sure if this is the way to build the site navigation but that's what I have done so far.

1) defined taxonomy - vocabulary and terms.
2) created content and classified that content.
3) created menu using menu using admin menus.
4) pointed menu's main options (branches) to taxonomy terms.
5) pointed menu's leaves to nodes.
