I have just completed partial repairs to the table 'watchdog' after it appears to have been corrupted somehow overnight. The site this relates to is at www.orchidsonline.com.au/interactive/ and is Drupal 4.6.0
Yesterday I noted an extremely large number of search requests all at the same minute in time (2-3 pages long) listed in the log at /interactive/admin. After keeping an eye on the site up until around 12.00PM local time (Brisbane) I noted no further unusual events.
This morning when I logged in I was surprised to see an error page present when I tried to login.
The login was successful however (I used 'back' and then 'refresh') and I went to the admin area where another error page resulted. Sorry I did not copy the error content but sent it and a detailed description of the details of my problems to my webhosting provider for some assistance. They have not yet replied (11.25AM).
In the meantime it became clear that the table 'watchdog' had been corrupted in some way. The table was still in the list of tables in my mySQL database when I checked using phpMyAdmin. However when I tried to 'Browse' the table a similar SQL error came back.
Hi guys,
I will put Drupal to my homepage as myself Blog software. So I don't want to allow other people to register new account. But I want to allow any one can leave a comment there without registration. Can I make it?
When a user uploads a picture larger than the allowed size (85x85) the image does not get resized (as I'm guessing it should now that I have ImageMagick installed) nor does the user receive a message saying that their image is too large.
The result is a few users with images/avatars that are WAY too big.
I recently installed the pathauto module and I am seeing behavior that may be a bug.
I wanted to confirm before reporting it as it could be a config issue on my part.
When I create a new story and enter a manual path alias, pathauto goes ahead and creates a new alias anyway. Drupal uses the manual path alias for linking to the story.
How do I stop this duplication? The module is supposed to respect the manual path alias and not create a new alias if that is specified right?
