Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

HELP!!! Site no longer responds after sessions table error

I'm a new member of the Drupal Forum, aswell as I am new to the whole Drupal System. Our website was done using Drupal and now I'm slowly learning the different commands for programing.

However, the other day I had a big problem, while deleting a news the website crashed and now it won't show the other news that were posted on the main page, and the worst part is that it won't allow me to log in the site as the admin. These are the steps I followed and the message I got:

Is it possible to make "printer-friendly" version appear at the top of the article?

My site contains a lot of long articles, and people often want to print the document to read it rather than read online - trouble is a lot of them don't realise that way down at bottom of page, there is the "printer-friendly" link - so I would like to put it at the top instead.

I thought this would be done somewhere in the Theme (Chameleon), but can find no immediately obvious way to do it. Can anybody give me a pointer?

Many thanks

TinyMCE and Google Adsense causing errors

If i put google adsense on any page that loads the tinymce editor it seems that there are a number of errors that occur, at least when using IE.

I am aware that there is a similar problem with htmlarea but I can find no fix for the tinymce editor :(

Is there a simple way to just hide the google ads on any page which loads an editor? A simple bit of code I can put around the google ads code perhaps that would hide it if the tinymce editor is going to be loaded?

Any help very welcome.

Hide code on certain pages

How would I hide a set of code from set pages using an if statement?

I have code I wish to appear at the top of the main pages and main blog entries but no where else. So I either need them to only show on these pages, or be able to hide them from all others.

Any clues?

BTW, The code i want to put in is currently going into node.tpl.php

existing site with multiple directories

hello, all , i am brand new to drupal. I have an existing site .. which i need to import to the system. Now, i understand that the html between the body tags gets input as a page.. but what i am having problems with is the directory structure .. i do want to keep my for-pay content in a directory. How would i do this during an import of an existing site?

How to time page generation?

I have found some discussions about this on the site, including a post by Dries to say that there would be page generation times included in the logs - and that this would be in the devel module.

I tried installing the devel module (just copied it into "modules") but then it immediately gave me a page full of messages like this:
