Post installation

I am thinking of using a voting/ranking (are they both the same?) module for a non-profit, community oriented web site. But, as is usual with Drupal, I am spoiled for choices. Can anyone recommend a module based on their experiences?

Basically, users will submit various types of resources (taxonomy terms are audio, video, publications, reports, documents, equipment, trainers, documents, articles, links, services, helplines, handbooks) that other users can then rank or rate.

Is there a way I can identify the node ID in smarty? I know I can look at the URL, but I'd like to have classes or ids called node{$node_id} or whatever the tag is so I could style that page special.

If I can't figure this out.. My users wont.

Using audio module and playlist module.

Double clicking on the M3U/PLS/XSPF doesn't work. If I double click any of these, itunes comes up and I get only the first song off the playlist. None of the other songs stream.

Only if I copy the shortcut from XML to the "subscribe to podcast" box in itunes will I get access to the entire play list.

Is my itunes not working right? Or is Drupal not working right.. All help appreciated thanks.
