Post installation

HELP ME, PLEASE!!! I have such a problem. A few users on my drupal. Some of them editing content (not creating - editing)... And some times some of them have such trouble 'the node have been edited by another user... no access' or smth like this. But the do not edit the same nodes... What is the goal of this functional thing. How does this work... And finally, how to get rid of this problem???

I have installed the latest CivicSpace package (don't know which Drupal version ist is, how could I find out?) and want to use the DocBook export module. As I also have php4 it is a problem anyway, but I can't update it and it seems that only one try ... catch block was not php4 compatible, soI removed it for testing and it was parsed without problems for the modules overview.

But now my problem is, that I cannot export anything, as the path does not seem to make sense to drupal.
The export links to /book/export/docbook/58, which shows me the book overview page.

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to integrate an external mailing list with my site. The problem I'm facing is, Listhandler automatically creates a user for anyone who posts in the mailing list. I'd want the posts to appear as Anonymous posts. But I'm not able to do that.

I've set the status of users create by Listhandler as "Blocked". But what if people posting in that mailing list comes to my site and signup ?

Hi guys, I'm a little confused with the documentation. I am trying to make the bottom of a page display the headers of top news articles under each term.

I have the taxonomy "news", and terms such as "secular", "Christianity"...

I Want to display two collumns like this:

Secular News
-item 1
-item 2
-item 3

And then on the other side the same thing with different terms.

Any idea of how to do this?

Looks cool but there is no instructions for it. It seems to install okay - it shows up under settings, but without any instructions on how to use it.....

Aa we know, a user can edit their account to turn off an optional block using the checkboxes.
I need a snippet of PHP code to do the same thing. I want to embed it in a node to turn off one custom block that I made, if the current user wishes to do so (they will click on a menu link which will q=node to this node thus firing the PHP).

I've trawled this site and hacked around in block and user and other modules but I can't see where this happens from the user/edit form or where it is stored in the database or how i would do it in PHP.

Any hints?
