Post installation

I know this may be a silly question, but I'm trying to create a web page on my drupal web site which (automatically) has a picture of all of the users who have uploaded their image (or contains a default image if they had not yet uploaded their picture). I am trying to figure out whether gallery2 or photo album or organic group/album is the best bet for something like this -- or if I need to try and program something myself. Basically, I am trying to create a community "face page" that lists everybody who is a part of the web site.

When I try to retrieve mail using the mailhandler module, I get the following error:

warning: imap_open(): Couldn't open stream {mail.mywebsite.com:110/pop3}INBOX in /home/user/public_html/drupal/modules/mailhandler.module on line 17

I have tried using the POP3 setting and the IMAP setting and both produce a similar result.
I've read through other peoples posts on the forum, and tried adding the "/notls" to the extra commands but I still get this error.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Why is it that my yahoo will not accept feeds created from drupal sites?

Try it.. this is the url for submitting to a my yahoo page.. put your rss feed after that.
It says they use RSS 2.0.. so why doesnt it work?

any ideas if I can use drupal for doing this or if anyone can tell me any scripts for free on the internet what will let me do this
