Post installation

I'm running the most recent version of Civic Space on a subdomain of my website, and I'm trying to get the cron to run properly. It's simply not working and when I go to run the cron manually I get the following error message:

I have been searching all over and have not found a solid answer to the question about opening new windows from menu links. I have just a couple links that I need to open in new windows and am wondering why there isn't just a box that you can check when you create a menu link that says "Open in new window". Is there an easy way to write this up and just add it into the script? Any answers would be appreciated.

Hoping someone can shed some light on something that's puzzling me.

I recently installed Drupal, and all the links are working fine, except for search. When I enter anything in the search box at top right of page and then select 'Search' I get a 404 error.

For instance if I search for food the Address bar shows the URL as:
http://www.mydomain.com/search --> which gives the 404

I have recently installed the Banners module and have been able to create and see banners just fine. But I can only see them when logged in as the admin. So I figure I need to modify the permissions as listen in step 6 of the banner documentation. Unfortunately (administer > users > configure > permissions) does not seem to exist on my installation. I poked around in the whole users area and couldn't find anything relating to banners. What could cause this?

I have a block where I have all users listed by name and if you click on their name you go their blog. I do this menu manually.
Does anyone have a snippet for creating this block automatically? A list of all users by name and with a link to their blog?

Right now the user profiles don't have much info on them.

How do I give each user a text area for a bio, plus show their email address?
