I'm trying to modify the function buddylist_get_buddies on line 299 of the buddylist module in order to return the first name from the user's profile, and not the uid.

I want to change location (name and directory) of conf.php file. Where I should change to drupal can find it?

I am wanting to use the paging module to break up my larger articles, but I'd like to keep the URL structure as clean as possible while I am at it. At present when I browse to the second page of an article it looks like this;

http://mydomain.com/articles/multipage_test_story?page=0%2C1

What I would like it to look like is this;

I came in this morning and cant login to my site
http://www.mysite.com/user

its blank
the rest of the site seems fine

It was all working last week

any ideas

Hi. I have a suspicion that my automatic pinging module isn’t working properly. I didn’t actually set up drupal completely for my site WriteNiche. I was wondering if there’s any way to tweak the ping module from the administer?

Am sure I'm not the only person familiar with this species of pondscum as they seem to have optimized themselves for the drupal platform.
