Post installation

Hi.

I have this recurring "Page not found" error on my site which is the following:

1 not found.

It seems to happen whenever somebody loads any page on the site.

Does anybody have any idea what this could be from and how to stop it? i suppose i could put something in the htaccess file to redirect requests for that url, but i don't know.

First off I should let everyone know that I am new to Drupal.... Anyways I am want people on my site to be able to post in the forums, create/vote on polls and well thats really about it. How do I make so that they CANT publish a post or content to the front page of the site?

I have a php page my drupal setup and i have a section whre i make use of query strings.
such as

i have letters A-Z, and if someone clicks A, something happens on the same page.

I am looking for a way to change the html code that is inserted by img_assist. Is there a way to do this without hacking the img_assist modules? Also, the img_assist home page state's:

It automatically generates an "add image" link under the textarea fields of your choice

Does anyone know how this is controlled?

I've installed tinymce-4.7.0 but the tables aren't being created automatically in the database. Has anyone else encountered this?
