Post installation

I inherited a complicated registration form with fields like this: (shown below). It's not possible with the default profile settings dialog.

When I try to open the modules page after loading the CCK module I gat a blank page. I can only reload the modules page after I have removed CCK. Drupal 4.7 mySQL 3.6

The 5 Star voting system in SimpleVote.module only shows up in the full page view. How can I make it so that it also appears in the Teaser view as well? I believe I need to edit the following code, as this is the only point at which teasers are mentioned:

In the past few days, my website has been rathering odd.

Firstly when I visited my homepage earlier today I found the homepage had displayed the code from the index.php file, rather odd because there were no error messages. On quick glance at the web server and MySql database nothing seemed to be amiss, anyway this problem mysteriously went away only to have come back again, and then dissapear again!

Secondly, some unfriendly error messages, when clicking a link within the 'Month' module. Here is the error message:

The forums and forum-containers aren't showing posted topics. The topics are viewable, but as indepentent nodes. I can post lots of topics, but none will be linked to forums/containers. It's quite strange... I've shearched the drupal forum for some anwers but i found none... Please help me.. I'm using Drupal ver. 4.7...
