Post installation

I've deleted the primary links menu by mistake! I was just trying to get the link up in the in header to go away (I see now that this is done through admin/settings/menu) but now it seems to be gone forever!

How do I re-instate the Primary Links menu? Can I just add a new menu called Primary links? How would I then get the link in the header to link to it?

What exactly are the primary and secondary links for anyway - why are they special and different from normal menus?

(im using the friendselectric theme by the way)

Basically, the title and node text don't appear!

It does, however, appear perfectly with Firefox

today I received an email to my user account who gets messages about user registration

I am using drupal 4,7 logintoboggan, captcha, text image modules

there is no trace of the user having actually registered on the site

but the email I received was simply one of these emails about buying oil stocks or the like

anybody got any idea how it was done and how to prevent it in the future.

If anyone needs any more info please let me know
