Post installation

Hi there!!
I didn´t founded at the forum how to make a block appear just in the frot page...
I know that maybe adding something at the block config, were says
"Show only if PHP code returns TRUE"...

But dunno what to put in there!

I get this error:
warning: mkdir(images): Permission denied in /www/rutaorellana/includes/file.inc on line 91.

I have a virtual server, drupal is installed at the root of the virtual server path:
/www/abc/

I have the folder files like this:
drwxrwxrwx 5 apache apache 4096 may 22 16:53 files

The files folder is empty.

What is wrong?

Hello,
I have a forum configured for anonymous posting, yet when an anonymous user posts a topic, it is hidden until an administrator comes along and edits it, doesn't change anything, and resubmits it. Any idea what could be happening?

In the process of skinning, etc. I now discover that when I log out and now try to log in I get: node?destination= with a blank screen.

Any clues are most welcome! :)

This question is in regards to adding content, I'm not thrilled at all with the default way that the Create Content>page requires a title, that is then displayed above the page's content. Adding the content into the Mission Statement for the 'home page' seems to work well to add content without the anoying title. However add ing content through the Create Content>page, requires the title field to be completed, and then is displayed. Is there a way around this default action, or a way to just disable the title from being displayed??

Is there a simple way to have the Notify Module turned on for users by default? I've searched drupal.org but haven't found an easy answer. I'm running Drupal 4.6 and 4.7.

It looks like there is some work going on over here for 4.6 but it says "code needs work" and I'm not sure if I want to put that on a production site: http://drupal.org/node/28040

It doesn't have to be controlled from within Drupal -- I'm just looking for some way to enable notify by default for all users.
