I would like to get an overview of the vocabularies and terms when I go to a module, for example "story". Now I only get to see the the nodes themselves, but I would like to have an overview, like a list of vocabs and terms. How do I do this?
I have absolutely NO idea what I am doing, so fair warning! :)
I want to create an Editor role that can use the tiny mce editor on book pages. Enabled the role, yada yada, selected book/* as the visibility setting, and when I logged in as an Editor, it didn't show up in the place I wanted it to.
So I thought, well, maybe it's because actually book pages just have node numbers. In any case, I thought I would try modifying a php snippet for books.
I'm looking for a way to create a workplace where staff role users can write a content in collaborative way, such as writing a book or a project where everyone can correct other people, add and remove text, in Wiki style as "internal" node, don't have to be shown in the frontpage (i know, can chande permissions) but a working place only.
I simply need for users (based on permissions i set) to be able to SIMPLY (from the page creation screen) add a poll to each page they submit using an "add poll" button, no cut and pasting html or anything. I would have to regulate global poll restrictions (number of options, radio button, show results, limit by IP etc)
if the developers can realize this im willing to pay a fee, contact me at woahdolla@yahoo.com
I am in the process of migrating from wordpress to Drupal. After extensive reading I am still a bit confused about what taxonomy does. I just want to be able to assign categories to stories so if a reader clicks on the category it will open a web page with all the stories within that category sorted by date. Is this a job for taxonomy or the category module?
Can someone explain what the fundemental difference between these two modules? Which module is most like the one found in wordpress?
