Post installation

Is there a way to have all the nodes that belong to a forum to be something like this forum/node The reason is that I want is so I can theme the site a little better.

I just installed the taxonomy browser module. My vocabularies are ordered correctly by weight on the settings page. I selected to show all of them on the category browser page, but they all seem to be displayed in a random order, which makes the page very confusing for users. The order is not alphanumeric, by id, creation date, or last updated.

So has anyone else had a similar problem and what is the ordering of vocabularies rule for the category browser page?

Say I have a menu path called 'platform' (mid=40) . . . I want to extract the node numbers under this menu option, just the numbers! Anybody knows of a snippet from which I can do this?

i used a theme that didnt have a login block in the front page. How can i login now???

Frustrated newbie here. I need to create a form-like content type for authenticated users to be able to simply select choices from some menus and submit. The results need to be posted as content with other authenticated users being able to reply from the post. Kind of like a preconfigured "Want Ad" for registered users. I've been able to create the form as a webform and allowed for signups, but haven't been able to figure out how to put the form on a specific page and post the results all under the same category. Please, please, please help.

We have recently started testing IE7 beta 3 and noticed that many sites do not display correctly. Some sites, such as this one, do not display the content portion at all. When I try to access content on this site, it appears for an instant and then the screen goes to white, except for the side bars and header and footer. The content simply won't display but for an instant.

This is not unique to a single computer. We have installed beta 3 on several, and they all have the same problem.
