I've been using 4.7 for weeks now and it took me this long to realize that the new progress bars for uploads were not working. I've tried uploading large and small files to a local and a remote server. The progress bar stays at 0% and never budges. Is there some server configuration requirement to get that to work?

I have poormanscron installed (as I cannot figure out how to install crontab or cron.php or use it. if anyone is using godaddy as a host, can someone provide instructions?), and it runs every 20 minutes running searches on 5 words or more. 100% of the site is indexed, but I run a search for "freehunter" (which appears several times in my site, as you may be able to tell by my username) and nothing showed up. I am using GoDaddy, so I had to use the SQL hack changing mysql.inc to use non temporary tables as GoDaddy support told me to, but it is still not working. Is cron running right?
