Post installation

Hi,

I am currently playing around with taxonomy, taxonomy_menu and the views modules, and I have heard a lot about the category module. I tried it out earlier, but found it difficult to get my head round, until I read in the help files that category_menu outputs static menu items, which explains all of the problems I was having.

The automatic generation and updating of menus offered by taxonomy_menu is great, but I desperately want to create a hierarchy of vocabularies, so free tagging can be assigned to vocabularies which are themselves children of parent vocabularies.

Currently, I don't think it's possible to free tag terms in taxonomy, which creates a problem. I *think* this is easily accomplished using the category module by creating containers where I currently wish vocabularies to exist (please correct me if I'm wrong).

In case the above doesn't make sense, as an example I would like:

Your Area
- by region
-- north west
-- south east etc.
- by name

.. with content to be tagged as it is created (if I was creating Liverpool, I would tag it Liverpool and put it under north west and by name) and inserted into the structure in the appropriate place.

I really need the menus to be updated automatically though and I don't know either:
- how to make menus dynamic with the category module.
- how to get around the free tagging issue with taxonomy

I hope there's something I'm overlooking with the category module, because it seems so powerful, but I really need dynamic menus.

I am trying to override the default way that the print.module outputs its 'printer friendly version' link. Although I felt pretty familiar with theming, I am for some reason unable to get this to work right... Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong...?

The module itself generates the following code:

I can upload mp3 with the Audio Module but I don't think the getid3 module is working because the Title and Artist tag is always blank and I have to fill that in. It also doesn't read the length, sample rate, bit rate... Everything use to work until I got the last version of the Audio Module that was dated 8/10/2006. Can anyone help this is really frustrating?

Ok - I have tinymce on my drupal site - when I post any script code (say google adsense) it deletes it every time i edit the page. Is there a way to fix this?

Also - when I try to add form code "
", in a block, BR tags are added after every line which are screwing up the form.

Any ideas on how to correct these issues? There is a lot of external functionality I want to add to my site and most uses form or script.

Recently my server disc crashed, but the data was restored and the disc changed.

Now I cant get php to connect to mysql.

I am running a debian system and would like all the help I can get.

I can connect to mysql without problems and see the data.
I have mysql5, php5, and apache2.
I also have libapache2-mod-php5 installed.

Is it possible to create links and relations between tags?? For example is it possible to have associated or related tags???

How would one to such a thing as create blocks for related tags??

One possible way would be to find all tags that are in the same group as one particular tag.

For example to find all tags related to france, one would have to find all tags that are in the same group of tags with "france".

Is that possible
