Post installation

As the administrator, I want me and only me, to be able to create blocks and pages with no code restrictions on what I put in. How do I do this?

when i want to edit a posted writing the body, title field arent displayed. i posted a new story and there was not any problem. now only the teaser is seen that is an excerpt function. i am using spreadfirefox theme. 4.73. problem appeared suddenly. the only change that i suspect is making a role "full" and choosing giving access to all features in the admin>access. however this must not create such a problem. now user id1 can not edit posts. any help appreciated. TIA

I have the image plugin and i have made some images and they are in a catorgary but i was wondering how do you display them?

i am using the taxonomy for the foldering of the images.

I need to be able to have all administration fieldsets expanded all the time. What is the easiest way of doing this?

I'm trying to set up a community-based site that features extensive user blogging. I've got everything working except for the blocks I'd like in the sidebar. Currently, the main page right sidebar features the latest 10 blog posts by all users, the active forum topics etc.. Right now, those same blocks show up on all pages. Which is fine, but I'd like to have user-specific blocks on user pages.

Now, I know I can turn blocks off and on according to page, taxonomy, etc... That's not what I'm trying to do.
