How do I display taxonomy categories to visitors?

I’ve actually managed to utilize and figure out the taxonomy tool (was a headache but worth it), so my question now is, say I have all this lovely categories/tags, so what options are there for me to present to my visitors so they can click on the category and tags they would like to read more about?

Can my taxonomy categories be displayed in a block, if so, how?

Can my taxonomy categories be applied to a “Page” where all the categories are listed systematically? If so, how?

How to show blocks before content, i feel like this is an easy question

I have the module tagadelic, and in blocks i wanted to put it before my content on the mnain screen. But it always shows my contents first. SO i tried to put print $tagadelic_block in the page.tpl but it doesnt show up either. How do i call the tagadelic? Also if i go to www.allaboutthestories.com/tagadelic it shows up perfectly so i know it must be someting simple.

taxonomy split on node display - possible?

ok - right now all my taxonomies are shown together even though they are in 2 sep. dictionaries.

http://www.insidetransit.com/cms/san-francisco-cable-cars-bart
bart - cable cars = tag
san francisco = city

Is there anyway to split them apart? If so, how?

Kubrick theme problem.

I have drupal 4.7.3 installed using Kubrick theme. Whenever I login through http://beta.doank.com/user/login?destination=comment%2Freply%2F7%23comme..., which is the login url from a page, it says

I installed my drupal inside

home/beta/

my beta website inside

home/beta/sites/beta.doank.com/

I have removed the home/themes/ and home/modules/ folder and moved it inside my beta.doank.com. It becomes home/beta/sites/beta.doank.com/modules and home/beta/sites/beta.doank.com/themes.

I have gotten this idea from the best practices in drupal handbook mentioned here http://drupal.org/node/53705

Add items to moderations queue?

How can I set Drupal to allow annoymous posting of nodes, but for those nodes to be added to the moderation queue - while nodes posted by registered users are automatically allowed?

I simply need to remove this line in header
of every my drupal pages

this line made me crazy with vietnamese language.
I just want to use only ".
