Post installation

Hi, I would like to establish private blogs for students whereby only the instructor has access to the blog. So far, I am unable to make any blog priviate because I can't alter the settings for the anonymous user. Any ideas as to how to go about this?

Hey...just a quick question. Is it possible to have the "Recent Comments" block only display comments from everywhere but the forums? I'd rather have forums in it's own block ("Active Forum Topics" is fine), and the comments to blog posts and articles in the "Recent Comments" block. My static pages don't have commenting turned on, so that's not really a concern.

I like to use 'Filtered HTML', i'm trying to display image using:

<img src="/path/image.jpg" alt="YYYYY" width="120" height="148" align="left"/>

But the image somehow appears beside the 'add new comment' comment.

I've tired 'break' and even tried

to make the 'add new comment' appear at the bottom as it should do but nothing cures it. I don't even have to use these tags since I am using Filtered HTML anyway.

The strange thing is, if I work in 'Full HTML' then everything is fine.

I'd like to display an incrementing id on the comments of a node as a big number next to each comment as you can see on tedserbinski.com. I tried to do this by myselfe but I'm just not getting this to work as I want it to. Searching the forums didn't help either. How can this be done? There does'nt seem to be any variable available to display a comment count either so there must be another way!

Is there an easy way to generate a distribution list to email your subscriber base? I am running Push Button 4.6 and can't figure out a way to send an email to all the subscribers at once.
