I'm struggling to find out how to create a simple set of tabs in my theme, just like the ones used throughout the Drupal site and forums: "Support", "Handbooks", "Forum", "Downloads", etc.

I'm new to Drupal, as you can see, and working on a collaborative project for students: http://siamenglish.com
I'm using the "spread firefox" theme and Drupal 4.7.3

Please note that I am posting this to find a solution, not to blame drupal. I will probably blame the hosting company, Site5.com

All the sites on my reseller account on dryads have been hacked and the index page defaced.

How do I edit the looks of my primary links? I would like to get rid of the title and the bullet points but I can't find it out how to edit it. The llok can be found here:

Have about 6 drupal site running independent of each other, but on the same shared server.

Host made an IP change today. Now about half the sites work fine, the rest "cannot connect to database 01:"

Any clues?
