Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

How do I change my block titles to go from <h2> tags to <I> tags?

At the moment my blocks generate their title in a <h2> tag, where do I modify it so block titles are in a <I> tags?

I've looked in the page.tpl, it doesn't seem to be there.

Thanks

how to replicate webmonkey.com menus?

Hi,

I've currently got jstools/activemenus installed and it's great to be able to expand a parent menu item without reloading the whole page.

However, the clickable area which causes the expanding behaviour only appears on the left of the parent menu item. What I would really like is to be able to click anywhere on the parent menu item itself in order to get the expanding effect.

You can see the effect I'm after on http://www.webmonkey.com/ ... try clicking on the items in the "how-to library" menu.

Block Design

Hi everyone. I'm still working hard on my site - 3 days solid and counting :)

I've done a search on Block Design and I'm now understanding that you can view source and get the info for a specific block from the div statement . You then specify either the class or the id in the style.css and you can make the colours for that block. Phew.

OK, so then I searched at how to make a nice graphic round the blocks. You know, like using jpegs - one for the straight bit at the top, two for both top corners, continuing down the sides and to the bottom.

A couple fine-tuning questions

Hi all, thanks for the help from everyone this past month or so. You've helped me go from being a complete noob with 0 website management knowledge to, well, someone who's still verymuch a noob with little more than 0 website management knowledge but who has received a great bunch of advice from people who are pretty with it. I have a few pleas for advice to fine-tune my college newspaper website at UPGinsider.com. I'm using the Andreas01 theme. As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

1. Which file should I edit to change the font size of the slogan ("UPG's student-run newspaper since 1989") and make it bold with the 'strong' tag?

2. What would I edit to change the style (I'd like the strong gray effect that I'm going for in the slogan mentioned above) of the date block that I have at the top right of the right column?

3. In the left column, I would like to break the "Viewed Best" block outside of the bluish box. How do I do this?

4. I don't expect a quick answer to this one, but if anyone has advice, it'd be much appreciated: Since we have the publication date posted atop the right column, we don't need the teasers on the front page to include the date. But since stories are archived, I'd like the stories to include the date below the bylines. Any suggestions?

5. Though the website is a work in progress this first semester, your comments/suggestions are most welcome.

access control: deny all, allow some

Hi,

I'm trying to setup permissions for a new drupal site, the site consists of a forum and a book. I need the whole site but a couple of page nodes to be inaccessible to anonymous users.
All access modules seem to work on the principle to allow access to everyhting by default and denying access to some pages/categories/etc..

Please help with implementing external PHP calendar

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

I'm trying to run an external PHP Calendar inside a PHP Block and i'm getting loads of errors. I believe they might all be related to Drupal changing the path the code requires to execute. All errors look something like this:
