Is it possible for a guest to select another language interface for Drupal?

i have checked over users permissions but i did not find anything.

Question. I installed FCKEdit 2.3.2, works fine except when I post a picture in page. The picture was ftped to /drupal/files/Image. I created the <img> link in the body of the page pointing to that directory location, but it gives a red x.

Hi, i need a basic and not to extesive tutorial about Drupal, just the basic stuffs ....... anyone know where i can find one? the handbooks are to long for my needs ...... thanks

For some reason I cannot enable a new module or disable an existing module. When I check them off/on then hit save configuration the page reloads and the module status remains the same.

Does anyone have any idea as to what could be wrong?

I have installed Drupal on a spare hosting account I have, and happy with the results.
Now want to replace the HTML pages on my main site with Drupal, but don't want any downtime whilst I set it up, add content ect.

The receipts from PayPal are showing order # instead of the product. Anybody have this problem, and know how to solve it?
