Post installation

I'd like to be able to manually force a menu to stay open. For example, I have a menu like:

* News

click on News and it exands to:

* News
-- Sports

Good. Now, "Sports" is a "view" of all nodes with the category "Sports". However, once I click on the articles in the sports "view" -- the menu collapses. Bad. So, I'm viewing a node tagged with "Sports", but the menu only shows:

* News

definitely can see potential in this app. made a website. text is fine. actually was also able to install a few modules like widg etc.
now, I just want to put a few images on the site and cannot for the life of me figure out how it is done.
Image entered into the field with widg. looks fine. but when I go to view, it's not visible.
What's missing?

My forum rules stipulate that users must communicate within the forum for safety reasons. Is there anyway that I can prevent email and web addresses being included within posts?
I realise that there are workarounds such as meATmydomainDOTcom but I want to block the obvious.

I would like to create tabbed pages (full nodes) (instead of drupal normal pages with menu). I am struggling with it. Is there a demo, or write up for un-initiated!

When I try to create a new page in drupal (which seems to work great) with the words "wget", or "ls" or "/bin/" (without the quotes) I got and Internal Server Error (500).

Do anyone know what it might be happening?

Hi, I have installed drupal 5.1. I'm trying to add better tools for adding formatted text and images to my site. But I'm having the following problem:

Intalled TinyMCE module, configured settings and users access, etc. It works perfectly, I can edit my text and format it when entering a new blog entry for example, I can add a picture to the text and everything seems to work, but when I preview or later press the publish button, It get published ok formatted etc, but without the picture...
