Overlaying Page Issue on Drupal Upgrade Status Configuration Page

I'm currently running Drupal 9.5.11 and wish to upgrade to version 10. So, I downloaded and installed the Drupal Upgrade Status Module. After doing this, I noticed when I went to configure it at Extend > Administration > Upgrade Status > Configure this particular page was not rendering properly but renders as shown in this linked image

Any way to migrate Drupal 8 to 7?

I'm so tired of Drupal 8 composer's problem, drupal/console problems and performance issue. Is there any way to downgrade Drupal 8 to 7?

Or maybe I can export Drupal 8 nodes somehow and import them in Drupal 7?

Drupal 8 seems to be heavy, hard to manage and overcomplicated for me. I don't want migrate to Drupal 10, composer is not for me.

Thanks

New forum content not appearing in forums

I have a Drupal website that's gone from version 4 or 5 up to now 10.1.6. The transition from 7 to 9 introduced a problem with new forum content which continues with 10. I can create new forum content, and those nodes show up in the content list, but they don't show up in the forums.

On a 10.1.6 test site, I deleted all forum content and terms, uninstalled the forum module, cleared caches, reinstalled the forum module, and created a new forum topic. Same result. It shows on the content list but not in the forums.

http vs https for the home page redirect

Anyone know where this url with the http prefix is set?  I can't find it in my settings file or in any of the config pages.
